Caution:
During the update, all your personal data and apps will be lost. Therefore, please save your files and phone contacts before executing the update.

Instructions:
1. Please unpack the downloaded file sw_upe4001.exe.
2. Then copy the unzipped folder u912a.v1 to the root directory of an empty micro SD card and insert it into your Smartphone E4001. Therefore please follow the manual which was supplied with the Smartphone.
3. Before updating the firmware please connect your Smartphone to the AC power adaptor and ensure that the Smartphone is turned off.
4. Now simultaneously press the 3 buttons Volume(+),Volume(-) and Power until the screen shows the update process. Do not operate the device during the update.
5. Once the update process is finished, the following message appears on the screen: "Upgrade success. Long press the power key to reboot system please".
6. Now please press the power button for approx. 5 seconds. The updated operating system restarts and is ready to use.
